Hi, I recently installed an additional ssd memory as a second space, the memory works fine, but every time I start the notebook I get this annoying error, do you know how I can solve it?

This is the error I get when I turn on the notebook
But the computer works fine, and even the SSD has no problems, it is recognized perfectly and I use it without problems as additional memory.
SSS is Crucial P2 CT500P2SSD8

It seems like your SSD has a problem with its firmware so it triggers the warning... there's nothing wrong with your laptop... try to update the firmware of your SSD if it available with the Crucial software...
Just be safe to not use it to keep your important data and dont forget to backup your data from this drive...
Take a look at HP document here:
HP PCs - SMART Hard Disk Error 301, 302, 309, 30C, 3F1, 3F2 Displays on a Black Screen

Thanks for the reply, the ssd already has the latest firmware installed or at least since I bought it it was already up to date, so should I wait for them to release a new fw from crucial or ask them directly about this problem?
UPDATE: I contacted Crucial support explaining the problem and they said they were already aware of this and that they are working on the new firmware that will fix it but for now there is no release date. So I just have to wait. 🙂
