Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On start up i get blue screen then automatic repair screen and says cannot repair. i go into the advanced options and try the start-up repair option.

here i am being asked for a recovery key, i am shown a Recovery Key ID (to identify my key) but do not know what this key is.

 

Can anyone help me find this recovery key please
