Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop is stuck in the scanning and repairing loop. I can't get the os to start. It will scan and get to 71% then restarts. I've gone into the boot screen and ran hard drive scan and one said failed. It doesn't give me any information on why or how to fix it. I'll exit that menu and it just goes back to disk checking and restarting loop. What if anything can I do?
Also I have tried to do recovery from that menu but once I click it..it says starting pc reset and then goes to an error. So I can't do a reset either.
