Hi everyone. Help me please. I had put the laptop to sleep, after a few hours of wanting to start working with the laptop, I realized the shame that it does not get out of sleep. I connect the charger to it but it does not connect. Only the power light next to the laptop flashes like a flasher. I feel stuck in sleep. Because the screen is completely black. I can not remove the battery manually, how can I reset the power? Thanks a lot.

Hi @They_call_me_ma

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

From what I have understood, you put your system to sleep, and not you are not able to wake it up. Do not worry, we are here to help you fix the issue.

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to your system?

If the computer does not wake from sleep or hibernate mode, restarting the computer, changing settings, or updating the software and drivers might resolve the issue.

May I know what happens when you press and hold the power button for 30 seconds?

I would suggest you use the link below and follow the steps to wake up your system from sleep mode. Here is a link that will help you.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
