Stuck on a Bios pending image

For a day now ive been stuck on a black screen the flashes “system bios pending image..” every 30 seconds. I tried letting it die and when it died i charged it and back to the same screen. This is a brand new laptop that I bought. I already transferred stuff onto it before this issue occurred. Is there anything that i can do or should i bring it into a tech store to fix it? And if so which store should i go to fix it?

I’m having the same issue. Were you able to fix the issue yet? If so how?

I have this same question also. It’s been blinking and I’ve been told to factory reset it or go trade it in. I don’t wanna do that. Did anyone find out a way to fix this yet?

I just did some research and I found out something that fixed the problem for me. Plug in your laptop and press alt, B, and the power button at the same time. That worked for me but it will take a minute after pressing.
