Hi all

I wanted to change Secure Boot to disabled, but after reboot I'm stuck on this message:

Secure boot

A request has been made to change this system's secure boot configuration.

which may affect the secure boot keys and/or disable secure boot.

Please type in and enter the below number for authorization.

0124

I've tried two different keyboards (that worked previously), but it doesn't accept / register anything I type... so the only thing I can do is to hit the power button to turn the computer off, turn it back on and end up on the samme message (different code, though)

Hi,

Often, when changing the secure boot state, there will be no display of the numbers you type - if you haven't already done so, try typing the secure boot pin and hit enter.

Regards,

Hi David

Yup, already tried that...

Did you manage to fix that issue? I've also tried all available keyboards and none seems to work

Any update on this? I’m stuck on the boot

screen as well...

Hi BeachFreak.

I ended up disassembling the tablet and removing the touchscreen signal cable, which disabled the onscreen touch keyboard and hence allowing a usb-keyboard to work.

Pressing Num Lock and then entering the code allowed me to enter the code using my keyboard. Previously, I was unable to enter anything and some changes made to BIOS would not save.
