About the only other thing I can think of to suggest is try a power reset. It "might" reset BIOS to default settings:

These are deep and uncharted waters.
If you want to EN-able secure boot for a non enrolled secure booting OS then there is a way. However it is fraught with danger and is not usually available via the user part of W10.
So either the 4 digits are a User/SuperVisor BIOS level password or an enrollment key.
Rescatux is a repair distribution designed to fix problems with both Linux and Windows.
SystemRescueCD is a powerful repair tools.
So create DVD/USB repar media for hopefully an automatic boot using the ESC and F9 keys. Hold the escape key down before applying power.
