Hi,

Recently, i replaced the mother board for my notebook. After that I am getting the following error on initial boot.

Product information not valid.

The following product information programmed in to the system board is missing or invalid.

System Board (00A) - Product Name

System Board (00A) - Product Serial Number

System Board (00A) - Product Number

ENTER - Continue Startup

 

I just want to update the "Product Name, Product Serial Number & Product Number" using the HP DMI Tool, so that the above error can go away. But I am unsure, which HP DMI Tool, I can use for my laptop "HP Pavilion g6-2016tx Notebook PC, Product number: B3H81PA#ACJ".

 

If any one could help me to get the correct HP DMI Toll to resolve this issue, I will be greatfil.
