Installed Avast and removed Mcafee.
Restarted my computer.
Cannot enter any password. The Password screen is just stuck even after pressing any button.
1. Tried Hard Reset - Did not Work
2. Tried Safe Mode - Once I chose safe mode, the system asks for password again but it wont let me enter any password.
This laptop is 2 days old, I am not sure what I did to break it already.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
This is a great place to get support, find answers to your technical queries.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Did try using the on-screen keyboard?
Did you try with the alternate keyboard?
Use onscreen keyboard under Ease of access on the login page.
If the issue persists, click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289 Reset Your Computer.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
