Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I hope somebody can help. Recently, I downloaded the windows 11 on my HP Spectre laptop for about 3 hours now. My problem is it has been black screen and loading sign on it (pic below) for the last 3 hours or so after I hit install. Is this normal?

No, that is not normal. I did upgrade few notebook in my house using SAM ISO Windows 11 source. The upgrade went from under 50mins to over 60mins.

 

1. I download ISO Windows 11 installation from the following link

 

           https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

 

2. Put ISO file on my NAS (you can save ISO file on your machine)

3. Mount ISO file as DVD

 

           mountISO.png

 

4. Run Setup.

 

Now you machine is not working. You may wait for few hours and start over again using 4 steps above after the process going back to Windows 10.
