HP ProBook 440 G8 Notebook PC (2Q528AV)

I have an issue, it's the ProBook 440 G8 (I know its under warranty). Last night, I am using it until midnight, and working just fine. I did shut down the laptop properly but in the morning it suddenly won't turn on.

A few steps were tried on, like opening the case, and change the ram (i thought it was the ram issue), unplugging the bios, and resetting by using the keys (windows + b + power), unplugging the battery, all I did but not working.

I also have another/same device, did they replace it with another device's battery, ram, and bios, and it seems stuck-still.

it only shows 2 LEDs, on the capslock button and the power indicator but nothing activity on the mainboard such as the heatsink or anything. Could anybody give me some advice?

thanks
