Solved!
The problem with Spectre x360 has returned after a year

A year ago I have encountered the problem described below. The_Fossette kindly helped to solve it. The solution is available here. But today the problem has returned and no of the solutions provided earlier is working now. Thank you in advance for any help and advice.
After each turning on or coming back from sleeping mode the cursor on the touch screen is shaking and can not be moved. Every time it returns to the same position and has a look as if it is controlled by a stylus. I
All the drivers are updated. All the Windows updates are installed. Deleting the touch screen driver helps but the problem returns with the next restart.
Previously the problem was solved by switching off 'Turn on fast startup' option in 'Choose what the power button does' in the power menu of the control panel.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the cursor flickers after waking up the computer from sleep mode.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thanks a lot for your advice. I will try it if the problem returns.
In fact, I tried to remove the last two Windows update that were installed on the same date as the problem appeared. The Windows brought me to some blue screen with some key request and I interrupted the process. Both updates stayed in the system as I checked, but the problem disappeared.
Thank you again for your kind help!
