Model 14-ax010wm

The user profile service service failed the sign in user profile cannot be loaded. 

I have already tried the F8 option it just goes back to the screen to log in I have google and tried about everything nothing works please help me get back in my cpu.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to login to the computer and getting user profile service failed to load error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Do you use a Microsoft account to log in?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

NOTE: Follow the steps under “Restore your computer when Windows cannot start normally”.
