Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please download and install the latest version of the HP Hardware Diagnostics from the website: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/pc-diags.html
Note: Scroll down when you open the page and click on "Download HP Diagnostics UEFI".
Now I suggest that you run an extensive system test by following the steps listed below:
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
3. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
4. From the main menu, click System Test and then click on Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once.
