Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Notebook only boots up and I get Prep Auto Repair. Going thru that it doesn't fix.

Would be to reset to factory settings.  I have no startup disks.

Hi:

 

See if you can factory reset the PC, but booting it up and immediately press the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F11 recovery option and press the enter key.

 

You should be given a few options to factory reset the PC.

 

You will lose all data on the hard drive by doing this.

 

If the F11 factory reset doesn't work, you can clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
