Product: HP SPECTRE X360 2 IN 1 16

Side note : Contacted Microsoft Support to help me with installation of Windows operating system and no partitions are showing from the partition or drive to install windows. It only shows the drive for the usb installer.

 

 

 

I tried using another device and the usb is still not showing from the boot menu option but is being read in the BIOS configuration. 

 

 

 

Need help with USB readable from the boot menu option.

You need to add the drivers to the usb installation media for the storage controller.

 

Download the driver from here, open the exe file and extract the contents to a new folder on the usb installation media.
