Product: Hp EliteBook Folio
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing trouble while launching BIOS setting in the hp Folio 9470m laptop. I had some issue in my laptop it was not opening at all. I give it to computer shop for repairing and that men installed other BIOS to my laptop. Actual issue was not the bios setting later he clean whole motherboard after that the system is up and running. Now the issue is it is not launching BIOS setting in any key press. I had tried several keys e.g ESC, F10, F1, F2 and del but still fail to open BIOS setting. I need help in this regard. Thank you

About all you can try to do is force a reload of the old BIOS code -- you do this by pressing the Windows key and the "B" key at the same time while rebooting. 

 

If that does not work, you need to take the PC back to where they messed with it, because they basically trashed your PC by putting another BIOS in it and there is nothing we can do to help you with that.
