Product: HP Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I put my computer in safe mode to remove an unwanted app by changing boot mode in cams prompt and when I restarted to switch to safe mode it proceeded to install a windows update. When the computer turned back on it will not load past the troubleshoot screen. And will not allow me to do a system restore

RESOLVED* I was able to download a system recovery from a friends computer on a USB, edited the boot sequence to start with USB Recovery files and it was able to get me up and running again.
