Hello,
I have problems with the product:
Model: G6-1288SL
Product: A8S26EA # ABZ
Serial: ***
in the face of beeps, it is reported to be due to BIOS problems.
Followed recovery procedure bios via pendrive (https://support.hp.com/it-it/document/c04206476)
But for this model HP does not offer a valid recovery BIOS to use.
How can I solve it?
Thanks

This looks like a hardware issue.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

@AccaEmme Though the agent seems to have accidentally mentioned "printer" instead of laptop, the suggestion we have for you doesn't change, as the steps you've done to resolve are 100% accurate and if the bios recovery didn't do the trick, this is a hardware malfunction and the systemboard will require a repair or replacement, if the warranty is expired and you aren't able to reach support, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from and I'll do my best to help you out.
here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
