Hey Aditya, I'm too facing this issue. I remembered that 1st bios update of my machine (fq1089au) was through windows update when windows pushed 22H2 update. After that hp pushed another update for bios which was available in HP drivers website as well as HP support assistant. 

But whenever I tried to update the bios by downloading bios update exe it failed, something got extracted but there were no other window prompts and nothing happen. The same story is with Hp support assistant.

 

I thought this issue is because of bitlocker protection. I disabled it but still the response is same. 

Secondly, the other option of running the update exe in other windows 10 pc work and can create a bootable pendrive but I'm not in a hurry to update the bios because everything is functioning in proper way. I hope HP releases the fix for this problem soon
