I found out, that there is no way to update BIOS on Victus by HP Gaming laptop 16-s0xxx, where I am running Ubuntu.
I tried:
- putting files of Bios update (prepared by the update utility on windows) to boot partition and then starting all different .efi files - ALL end up with short message "System reset" an then reboot
- Update flash drive (prepared by the update utility on windows) - is not booting it self, so throught EFI I was starting different .efi files - shows message blue message that is it is not bootable....
- There is no option in system diagnostics to update bios
- There is no option for USB legacy support
- I have secure boot disabled and boot from usb enabled
Last thing I did not tried yet is to put some windows drive back to laptop.
Any ideas?

See the post below to update bios under Linux. These folks created a bios update usb flash drive and ran it using the bios recovery procedure (press Win+B keys) to update bios successfully.

Thank you for the hint.
Unfortunatelly I was not patient to wait and I put into laptop old disk with Windows 11. On first boot it automatically installed new bios prepared by me on boot partition.
As a bonus my laptop started to work with 2 external monitors connected to USB-C hub on Ubuntu. I think there was an error in sending video signal from Nvidia to USB-C, which was solved by new BIOS.
