I'm trying to upgrade my BIOS to the latest version (01.30.00 Rev.A). I'm currently on version 01.29.01. When I run the update file it suspends BitLocker, states it's going to reboot and apply the update however, it just reboots back to windows and nothing happens.
I've tried the second option of creating a USB boot media. I've booted into the BIOS and tried to update but when I choose the local disk to upgrade from, it just reboots again back to windows.
How do I successfully upgrade my BIOS to the latest version?

Hello, I've still been unsuccessful in updating my BIOS. If I go in through the BIOS to upgrade via local drive (USB), the next step fails and end up booting into the OS. If I do it from Windows, the device reboots into the OS again.
I suspect when rebooting to the BIOS or when loading the update BIOS software from the BIOS, something is failing a check. I'm going guess it could be related to BitLocker but I don't know that for sure. The executable does suspend it temporarily and I've manually suspended it before rebooting when using the local drive/USB method.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the behavior of Windows 11 and BitLocker. I've never upgraded the BIOS since being on Windows 11. This is a fresh install of Windows 11, about 120-days old.
Thanks for the help, suggestions, etc. in advance!
