Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V6AV)

My repair got extended. The message they sent to tell me this attached the number to call if the new repair time wouldn't work. I called that number and it was just a bunch of ads. Who do I contact because I can't wait this long, classes have already started.
