Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm trying to resolve issues with this aging Laptop running Windows 10.
Having looked on various related Boards I may need to do a BIOS update, but using the HP Utilities and searching on the Support Site I cannot find any BIOS update information nor versions of the BIOS issued by HP that I can install.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

Hi Paul
Thanks for the BIOS update information, I've done it without issue.

Sorry I couldn't find the .exe myself, I have been around the Support Site previously to no avail.

Kind regards
