I used HP Smart Assistant to update my wifes computer today, it has our wedding and first babys pictures on it, and has now been bricked by HP.
This is a tablet/laptop, sealed battery (in comp case) etc.. the windows button plus b or v on startup does not work to reintroduce old bios. Attempted the same with the usb flash method.. windows plus.. doesnt get a response from the computer. If anyone else has had this issue and figured it out I would be extremely greatful for any help.
