Product: HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cw0000 (761Y9AV)

What is the maximum Warranty Repair Time at HP Repair Center? I have sent my product 3 months ago. And I am still waiting for it. They said they are waiting a part. But my laptop is getting older. What is the max time at California USA repair time for laptops?

I'm sorry, but we have no interface with the Service Centers, so we have no way to find out if they have any kind of time limit.  And since they are apparently waiting for a part, there is really no way to guess accurately how much longer it is going to take.
