Actually I logged a complaint before the warranty period get over...I bought a laptop which worked properly just for 6 months. They said you need not visit the service center, we will fix the problem through phone only. And asked me to a buy a pendrive of worth two thousand. After receiving the delivery of the pendrive ...I called them many time 3-4 technicians tried to download the booting system but couldn't.  The last one told me that we will contact you in around 20 days. And suddenly just the day before the call was scheduled...I received an email which says that your case has been closed.

Now after wasting my time and  for about two months they are saying that your product is out of warranty...we cannot do anything.

This is sheer cheating.

I am very disappointed. How can such a big company can play such dirty games with the customers?
