We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face

I am using hp db1069ab, rizonCrison 3,  my laptop camera is workingperfectly fine but whenever I am trying to setup windows hello face it is showing " we couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face" plz let me know what to do? All drivers are up to date.

Windows Hello Face requires the high-grade IR camera
