What does this failure ID mean?

I ran one of the diagnostic tests and it said my laptop failed the hard drive SMART test and gave me this failure ID:

64PX30-8AAAAS-GXGK7F-60FK03

my laptop has been running really slow and crashes periodically. And when I pull up task manager it says my disk is at 100% despite only using around 1 MB/s. So does anyone know what the error is and how to solve it? Also any directions for where to find the failure ID descriptions would be great. I tried looking but couldn’t find them anywhere

P.S. my operating system may be wrong. But I don’t think that will affect the solution. I tried to find it on my laptop but my computer is too slow and my settings and command prompts won’t open. But I do know it is some form of Microsoft 10

if you run any SMART test HP or not and it fails that means the HDD IS BAD.

NEW  HDD OR SSD TIME

INSTALL WINDOWS FRESH.

That  is correct once the smart fails the HDD grows bad sectors ,hour by hour. and the OS and data now corrupt bad.

and runs slower,

all HDD made on earth end here,  5 years old is common.

all and do the same thing, or even go 100% dead.

that is what all do... ask server guy why this happens and what they do to keep data from falling in the byte bucket.

and as you arrive home, the bucket is empty and it fails smart tests  (sees holes)

same thing, same cure, new bucket time and fresh fill of clean water,  w10.

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you want to save onto a portable hard drive.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive.

After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive.

After you remove the drive, if you need to recover files from the failed drive, you can try doing that by purchasing a SATA to USB cable, such as the one from the link below and see if you can read/copy any files from the drive to the PC.
