Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 

 

When I turn on my laptop every time,it shows startup menu.when I turn off and on the laptop,my laptop opens normally.

Please tell me solution for this.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Use <HP Diagnostics> to check keyboard

(2) Before you power on your notebook connect external <USB wired> keyboard, same error ?
