@HseinSalami, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Uninstall HP Hardware Diagnostics (Windows Version)
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
Find HP Hardware Diagnostics Windows.
Uninstall it fully.
Then, restart your laptop.
Disable Fast Startup
Open Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.
Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable."
Uncheck "Turn on fast startup (recommended)".
Save changes and reboot.
Reset BIOS to Default
In BIOS, look for the "Load Setup Defaults" option (usually under "Exit" tab).
Select and confirm.
Save and reboot.
Reinstall HP Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI Version Only)
Use only the UEFI version that runs outside Windows:
This version won’t interfere with your OS.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hey @HseinSalami,
Thank you for your response
It sounds like the issue persists even after uninstalling HP Hardware Diagnostics, which is frustrating. Resetting the laptop was a good step to try to clear out any software-related conflicts. Since the problem is still there, let's narrow down a few other potential causes and solutions.
Check for Background Processes:
If the fan is running at high speeds, it could be due to some background process consuming excessive resources. Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and see if any process is using a lot of CPU or Memory. It might give a clue as to what is causing the laptop to overheat or the fan to speed up.
BIOS Update:
Since the fan speed is high and there’s a delay in shutdown, it could be related to the BIOS version you're using.
You can refer to this guide to update the BIOS: HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
