Whenever I turn on my laptop i get system information why ..??

Whenever I turn  on my laptop I get a system information screen then I have to esc that then they show some keys like F1 F2 F7 F9 F10 then I Enter that then My laptop opens why ..? And one more problem is geting windows help and support tab pop up continuesly .

       please give me some real solution

Performing a clean boot may resolve this issue:

1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

2. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.

3. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items checkbox.

4. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services checkbox, and then click Disable All.

5. Click Apply and OK.

6. When you are prompted, click Restart.

7. After the computer starts verify whether you are able to resolve the issue.

Thnku for reply but it did not work for me ,still i am facing the same problem whenever i press the power button my probook laptop shows me the system information (i think my F1 key automatically clicked this thats why this is showing.??) and then whenever i use microsoft edge it suddenly starts popup new tabs many times as a get help tab. It is really irritating and frustrating please help me out of this **bleep**.
