Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs0059nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi, my hp pavillion 15 cs-1509nr shows a booting problem system caused by the aging battery, I’ve tried to find a replacement battery to get it fixed but I haven’t had any luck, can someone help me? Is a battery of any other 15-CS compatible with this one?

The battery part number and description is:

 

L11119-855
Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT030

 

The battery is sold online on the HP US parts store site, but I don't know how you will be able to order it from your country.

 

HP Parts Store - HP Computer Parts - HP Printer Parts - Compaq Parts

 

You can try and find a compatible battery by searching by the HP part number.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the battery removal and replacement procedure.
