While restarting it shows ( your device ran into a problem need to restart we'll restart for you )

I understand how  it can be to see that blue screen message while restarting your HP device. Don’t worry  we’ll work through this together and get your PC back on track.

 

Could you please share the exact HP model number of your device and let me know if this issue happens every time you restart or only occasionally?  

 

Here are a few steps you can try:

 

  1. Check Safe Mode: Restart your device and press F11 or Shift+F8 to see if you can boot into Safe Mode. This helps us determine if the issue is driver-related.
  2. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics: Press F2 during startup to access HP’s built-in diagnostics tool and check for hardware errors.
  3. Update Windows: Ensure your system is fully updated, as missing patches can sometimes trigger restart loops.
  4. Check Drivers: Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause crashes. Updating them may resolve the issue.
  5. Perform System Restore: If the problem started recently, restoring to a previous point may help.
