Your laptop comes in different models. Some have SSDs. Does yours have an SSD. If not, THAT is the BEST way to speed up the boot process, and it will give you the most improvement.
Barring that, you can look into using FastStartup -- which is the MS Windows equivalent of Fast Boot. It's a hybrid sleep option and thus, when your PC restarts, instead of reading the drive, it reads information stored in memory.
Also, I presume what you want is less time to the desktop, right? If that is the case, then go into Task Manager, Startup tab and disable all the tasks that are automatically started.
