Product: Example: Pavilion Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavilion laptop - 15-ck074nr - has a bad hard drive - it is out of warranty.  If I go through HP support, can I get a replacement drive that has the image on it for this specific laptop model?

Hi:

 

This is a peer to peer forum.

 

You would have to contact HP support and get an estimate.

 

We are no longer allowed to post the phone number to HP support directly anymore due to a bunch of spammers/scammers posting numbers claiming to be for HP support.

 

You can call HP customer service at the link below, first toll free number listed in large type.

No doubt they will charge you a fortune for repairs.

 

If you can replace the hard drive yourself, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to re-image the hard drive.
