I have an HP envy x360. The power button comes on for three seconds then turns off the computer will not start. I tried disconnecting the battery, and it still doesn’t work. Once I plug the charger in the charging light comes on when I press the power light button. It lights up for about three seconds, while the charging light turns off, and no power comes to the screen.
I need help I work remotely and I don’t know what to do
