Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I tried starting my PC it shows windows is configuring updates later it will show reverting changes for over 5 hours it's still showing reverting changes

That is actually a Windows problem. HERE IS A THREAD on that problem. Be aware that if that does not work, then the next step invovles using the Windows 7 install DVD. Locate one or make one from HERE.
