Product: HP 15s-eq2555
Operating System: Other

Battery is fully charged but not working the power button(not booting, not even the power on indicating light lits). While connecting power adepter the power button works and it boots. Next time there is no need of plugging the adepter, it is booting normaly by pressing power button. Every day I am facing this problem minimum one time. The laptop is very new (three days old). I didn’t find any battery issue. 

How can I solve the issue.

Either:

 

1. take it back to the store, that sold it to you, and exchange it.

2. contact HP Support, and exercise the initial one-year HP Warranty, to get if repaired/replace, at HP's expense.
