Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs0003ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All 3 Windows Hello login options (PIN, Face and Fingerprint) as well as Picture Password logins are unavailable, even though I have previously used both PIN and Face logins on the device and on bootup these 2 still activate. I have done everything from resetting the TPM to a full reset of Windows (including wiping the drive), so I'm not sure what to do. Recommendations?

It does NOT have Finger Print reader nor 3D/IR camera therefore you can only use PIN.
