Product: HP Omen 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I go to Sign In options the Windows Hello Face Setup option is greyed out. I tried a few fixes I have found online but I cant seem to get it to work. The system information says I have a HP Wide VIsion HD Camera, I dont know how to tell if if has infrared capability which I hope it does since I paid 2 grand for this PC with all the options. Any suggestions?

No, it is NOT an IR/3D camera therefore it does NOT support Hello Facial Recognition feature.
