After turning on the computer I saw the following message (I don't know when BIOS was updated):

 

There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module(TPM) Data

Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM

Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data

Note - BitLocker may require the recovery key to boot to Windows

 

I clicked on Y and then saw the following message:

 

Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again. 

 

I tried to reset my PIN which did not work. I have also attempted to roll back the BIOS but the attempt failed and had the same message. I even requested Microsoft to change my account which will take 30 days when PIN setting failed. 

 

How do I go back to the previous TPM setting as it locked up my laptop?
