After turning on the computer I saw the following message (I don't know when BIOS was updated):
There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module(TPM) Data
Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM
Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data
Note - BitLocker may require the recovery key to boot to Windows
I clicked on Y and then saw the following message:
Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again.
I tried to reset my PIN which did not work. I have also attempted to roll back the BIOS but the attempt failed and had the same message. I even requested Microsoft to change my account which will take 30 days when PIN setting failed.
How do I go back to the previous TPM setting as it locked up my laptop?
