i plan to upgrade ram, hardisk also upgrade bios , but bios was lock with bios admin password. i was contact through chat HP support and they send me email  about letter of authorisation on 27 april 2018 .

i replied that email with letter of authorisation as attach but now info or reply  about this.

any one can help me, i realy appreciate.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

The email also asked for authorisation- a statement that you are giving HP permission to reset your BIOS. With a signature at bottom, I don't see that in your email reply.

Sorry, I didn't notice it in first pic since bottom of email wasn't showing for me. I was thinking maybe the reason they hadn't replied. I will ask for escalation and review of your post. Hopefully someone can help.

I already access bios now and have updated bios, get help from HP Service Support.
