Product: hp 15-bs212wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have an hp 15-bs212wm laptop and the admin or power on password has been forgotten. My error code is ......81999928...have tried everything and am at wits end! PLEASE HELP!
