thanku sister helped me

i have another question

my down arrow key is repeatedly pressed even after removing the key

so any way to disable that particular down arrow key from internal keybrd ? via software or bios

You're very welcome. As for the key-I am not sure about that. Could perhaps be stuck due to some foreign particle ? Have you tried  blowing it out well with can of compressed air? With laptop powered off

there is a hardare fix for recovering the bios but you must be careful. remove bat. slide off cover in back after unlatching with battery unlatch. find the 3 little bios pins, covered over by a 1 inch narrow black tape (on mine) and remove 2, carefully when powered off. power up. give password as same as username. power down. remove power again. replace caps and fire up unit. that should do it.
