My laptop switch offs at 7%.My laptop is new .Please help me!!!

Hi @Omni752,

 

Check some settings that may relate to your issue through the following steps:

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Select Hardware and Sound
  3. Select Power Options 
  4. Under the Selected Plan, navigate to Change plan settings
  5. Select Change advanced power settings
  6. Expand Battery
  7. Check settings related to Critical Battery and Low Battery

Configure the Action and Level settings to your liking.
