Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (755F7AV)
sometimes all of my usb ports seem to stop working and now i shut my laptop down the fans blow really hard and it after that it just shuts down but now when i try to start it it doesnt want to do that the power button led also doesnt light up i've tried a hard reset that doesnt work the battery led when plugged in turns red but im not sure what that means i've detatched the battery right now and am going to see what it does after i let it sit for an hour and then plug it back in to see if that fixes it but please all suggestions are welcome
