Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, I have a
HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb028nl
bios Insydeh2o rev. 5.0
Windows 10 x64
I am having problems with Windows updates and installing some programs and the only solution is to perform an in - place reinstallation via usb. I need to set usb on startup. How do I activate the advanced settings in the bios? I tried all the solutions found online but no results

@vinny20

Sorry, but that's not possible.

OEMs lock out the advanced BIOS options to prevent customers from making changes to options that can destabilize or otherwise damage the PC -- and then send it back for repair under warranty claiming they did nothing to it.

I know only SOME of the advanced options are risky, but it's simpler to disable access to ALL advanced options than to allow/disallow on an individual option basis.

That's the course of action that HP has chosen.

Are you telling me that hp's policy would be to do anything not to give its customer support?
the cases where you can ask for assistance for repairs are limited and rare and, they also insert this block, to reduce them again?

At this point better that hp does not gives you the pc warranty. This policy makes no sense and cannot be true.

Anyway, my warranty has expired so could you tell me how to unlock the advanced options? if it breaks I don't ask to repair it to hp assistance, I promise
