je vous contacte car j'ai acheté une station de travail hp elitebook 8730w pour faire du calcul pour folding@home.
le pc est verrouillé par un mot de passe bios que je n'arrive pas a enlever.
j'ai essayé avec plein de logiciel dont voici une petit liste ainsi qu'en suivant la procédure avec les touches"windows+b puis on/off"
-hp unlock bios
-hyrenbootcd 15.2
-WinPE10_8_Sergei_Strelec_x86_x64
-GandalfsWindows10PE
-Dium5.0.1807.B.
j'ai retiré la pile cmos pendant 24 heures mais le mot de passe est toujours présent.
le pc est entiérement en allemand du bios au clavier.
je voudrais ajouter un cpu q9100.
le bios est la premiere version et je voudrais installer la derniere.

a noter que le pc boote sur une clé usb.
auriez vous une solution amon probleme?.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

 

That was the only way it could be done.

Most HP business notebooks including the one you have, do not generate system disabled codes.

 

Also, removing the CMOS battery will not clear the P/W.
