Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Ultrabook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing windows from a shop, the option " press esc to go bios" (or something like that) is not showing up when I turn on my laptop.  

So I have tried to reset my bios to it's default by going Setting > Update & Security > Recovery > .. .. .. ..

but after going to my boot menu my keyboard (inbuilt and external) or trackpad and mouse are not working.

 

How can I enable my bios option and solve keyboard and mouse issue during bios ?
